If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2012, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a vehicle C in the U.S. under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.120%, with approximately 20 meters up to the front of the living capital, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.120%, in front of the commercial building for lending living funds.
