A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2.6 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on August 14, 2014, and on June 14, 2015, was not a person who completed the execution of the sentence at a public prison on June 14, 2015, nor a person who handles narcotics.
