A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant was living in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Center located in Seongdong-gu to assist in alcohol addiction and rehabilitation of homeless persons, and anyone, who was living in the ordinary society and the above Center’s counselors, was in possession of a knife (the knife length, 20.3m in total length) with a deadly weapon in his/her mind when he/she does not act in his/her mind when he/she does so.
