Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2003, the Defendant reported a stone-sale manufacture and processing business to the Dong-gu Office in the future, and was equipped with three hot spring seasons and one packing machine in Busan Dong-gu B with the trade name of "C", and was engaged in manufacturing and selling salt, salt, sap, etc.

No person who manufactures or sells food shall sell livestock products treated, processed or manufactured without permission or report pursuant to Article 22 (1) and (2) through (2) through (1) of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act, or dispose, process, pack, use, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale, and no person who manufactures or processes or processes, packages, keeps, transports or displays such products for the purpose of sale, and no person who manufactures or processes food shall use livestock products for the purpose of manufacturing or processing food products or animals used for testing, etc. which have failed to undergo an inspection pursuant to Article 12 of the Public Sanitary Control Act.

Nevertheless, around July 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased a salt farm with the name of “E” from the Geum-gu, Busan, without obtaining permission for slaughter; and (b) purchased a salt farm with the illegally slaughtered salt farm with no verification of the slaughter certificate or the pass mark; and (c) made it possible for the Defendant to sell it to unspecified consumers by using the salt farm, etc. in the above C, which he/she operates.

From that time until July 4, 2015, the Defendant manufactured salt straws purchased from F through the aforementioned methods 16 times, as shown in the annexed crime list, and sold them to unspecified consumers.
