Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that there is no substantial disadvantage in exercising the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was revised.

On September 40, 2013, the Defendant was married with the Victim C on September 40, 2013, and is currently pending a divorce lawsuit.

1. Around March 23, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s house located in Dong D 4 2202 Dong Dong-si, China, around 21:30, in which the Defendant was aware of the installation of a recording instrument inside the house and used the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, with the victim’s left hand, into a kitchen knife, and knife the victim’s knife, and then knife the victim’s knife.
