A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding three million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has acquired an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act due to an application for registration of transfer shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor

Nevertheless, on April 2014, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said vehicle without justifiable grounds even though he/she received from G (jublus tons Havoon Havoon Havoon) from G in the righthouse of the PWnn Havoon in the name of Sungnam-si.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act due to the fabrication of a registration number plate and the Defendant: (a) while taking over and keeping the said car as stated in paragraph (1), the front registration number plate of the said car was kept in custody due to the delinquency in payment of a fine for negligence in 2015, the Defendant was able to use it for forgery.

No one shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use a registration number plate, or sell, purchase, arrange for sale, give, receive, or use a forged or altered registration number plate.

On April 2016, the Defendant forged a registration number plate by paying KRW 2 million to a person who was not aware of his/her name in return for the production of a number plate via a false website that was searched on the Internet as a “number plate production” and requesting the manufacturing of a “I” motor vehicle registration license plate to tamp down the number plate on plastic board.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one registration number plate, which is the mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. No registration number plate and its seal in violation of the Automobile Management Act due to the removal of a registration number plate and its seal shall be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, around April 2016, the defendant removed the seals of the above Kavo Egrvovoon car and removed the registration number plate in order to attach forged number plates without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor in the office of the defendant in the J of Gwangju-si in order to attach the forged number plates.
