A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2017, from around 03:00 to around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) held seven copies of each card using 52 cards with D, E, and F inside the house located in Jeju-si B, with the number of 52; and (b) took up all of the cards with the same card or pattern with the same number equal and continuous number on the floor according to the rules that thrown away the card on the floor; or (c) taken up all the cards with the same number of serial cards on hand at the time of the end of the game by dividing the number of the card by the number of persons, etc. in which the total number of the card numbers in possession is the lowest.
