A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2012, Defendant using a credit card: (a) calls from the victim C to the effect that “the vehicle oil value is nonexistent; (b) the credit card payment payment is changed; (c) is issued a new card owned by the victim by the victim; and (d) calls from the victim at the offsite on October 2012, the Defendant used each of the said credit cards by receiving one copy of the card from the victim, who was issued a new card owned by the victim.”

The defendant did not have any income, and was de facto in a de facto marital relationship with the defendant, even though he did not have any income until July 2013.

E also, as bad credit holders did not have any particular income or assets, and there was no possibility of receiving money from D Stick Camp. Therefore, even if a victim’s credit card was continuously lent and used, there was no intention or ability to pay the amount properly.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without notifying the victim of such circumstance at all, took the same attitude that would normally settle the use of the credit card with the same attitude, and failed to pay the use price, and thereby caused the victim to make a subrogated payment of KRW 500,000 on August 5, 2013, as well as caused the use of the said new card and Samsung Card between around that time and August 19, 2015, and thereby caused the victim to pay the use price properly, thereby having the victim pay the total amount of KRW 16,787,653 on behalf of the victim over 22 occasions as indicated in the List of Crimes in the attached Table.

2. Fraud of a loan;

A. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant called the victim C to use a telephone on a closed spot and offered money to the victim C, and there is a change in the D Dae-line Camp.
