A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on May 19, 2010, sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to three years and six months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on June 16, 2010.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired a total of 33,071,004 won property interest.
