Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On September 24, 2013, around 01:20, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s work by force, including, but not limited to, the cab (E) operated by the previous victim D as a passenger, presenting a letter of abolition of the right of KRW 3,360,000 to the victim requesting for a fare of KRW 3,360,00 to arrive at the destination after having arrived at the taxi (E) operated by the said victim D.

B. At around 01:30 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant insultd the police officer by openly referring to “the same bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,”
