1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 95,252,956 for each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from May 7, 2013 to October 21, 2014; and (c)

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s D-owned vehicle C and C (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s vehicle”).

2) Defendant A’s driver of the vehicle E (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”), Defendant B is the user of Defendant A and the owner of the Defendant vehicle, and Defendant Korea New Technology Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant New Technology”) is the vehicle owner of the Defendant vehicle.

B. On August 13, 2007, H made a stop in a zone where the left-hand turn to turn to the right at a 2nd direction while driving the Plaintiff vehicle at around 09:30, while driving the Plaintiff vehicle while driving the vehicle at around 09:0,00, while driving the vehicle at permanent residence at the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the 2nd direction of the 2nd, the Defendant A (FF and 25 years old at the time of the accident) employed by the Defendant A (F and 25 years old at the time of the accident) was stopped by driving the said temporary Defendant vehicle at the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn from the direction of the permanent residence (hereinafter referred to as “the left-hand collision”) of the Plaintiff vehicle in front of the Defendant vehicle.

(2) The Plaintiff, the Defendants, and the Defendant’s insurance company, paid KRW 166,48,00 to G in total with medical expenses and the agreed amount from December 5, 2007 to November 2, 2009 in accordance with the non-life-free insurance agreement. The Plaintiff, the Defendants, and the Defendant’s insurance company, are seeking reimbursement against Samsung Fire Maritime Co., Ltd.
