1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) 72.73 square meters per floor among the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From October 1, 2010, as above.
Reasons
1. On September 2, 2008, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the order to the Defendant as KRW 10,00,000, KRW 650,000 per month, and KRW 650,00 per month, and the period of two years. Since the Defendant terminated the lease contract on December 16, 2014 due to the Defendant’s failure to pay rent from September 25, 2009, the Plaintiff is obligated to order the said building to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff unjust enrichment at the rate of KRW 650,00 per month from October 1, 2010 to the completion of life.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
