On July 4, 2017, Defendant C replaced the said game machine with the total of 24th “Clocks” game, and the total of 39 games with “marine captain” games with the total of 40.

Nevertheless, if, from August 3, 2016 to March 2017, many unspecified customers request the above game room to refund points that they acquired through the use of the above game product, Defendant B around 14:00 each day, around 18:00, and around 23:00 each day, respectively.
