A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of Road Traffic Act in the early branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 30, 2013.

The Defendant is engaged in driving of the 4-wheeled Cargo Vehicle B and III.

On June 3, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.148% from blood transfusions on June 3, 2017, and came to the intersection of the water rupture in front of the water rupture 227 at the beginning of the Sinsi-ro.
