ㅋㅋ” 라는 글을 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다

2. The offense of insult of the instant case constitutes an offense under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which is subject to prosecution only upon complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

However, according to the records of this case, it is recognized that the victim cancelled the complaint against the defendant on February 6, 2017, which was after the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
