Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2014, around 22:45, the Defendant driven a Bsch Rexton car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.069% from the 25 kilometers away from the front of the comprehensive breakwater located in the Southern-gu Sea Zone, Namcheon-si, to the route of 49.1§¯ in the Taecheon-si, Sincheon-si.
