Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2017, from around 22:30 on June 17, 2017 to 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took part in “F cafeteria” located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) took part of 52 cards using 52 cards; and (c) took part in one column among the remaining cards which have not been distributed once in one order; and (d) took part in one column with the same three or more number in the first case, with the same three or more cards or numbers in which the number is identical (so-called registration), and then registered at the Central Committee (so-called so-called registration), each of which was made, after each of the card numbers are equal to or in the same shape as those of the card numbers in which each of the persons was holding, and thereafter, 301,301, 201, 201, 201, 201, 200.
