Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2019, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, carried out a “F” on the building in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the second floor from around 23:20 to 00:30 on the following day, divided the card into seven parts per individual, and, if one order is followed, disposed of one of the remaining cards on the floor and possessed by one of the necessary ones. In this way, the Defendant replaced the card by three or more different numbers on his card, and then put up a “7” card or a “7” card with three or more continuous numbers on one’s card, and first up to 3,000 won, 2,00 won, 2,00 won, 10 won, and 100 won, etc., depending on the number of cards held by those other than the winners.
