A and B shall be punished by each fine of KRW 1.5 million, and each fine of KRW 3 million shall be punished by the defendant C and D.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant A was employed as a daily employee from around December 2015 to March 2016 at the construction site of Seongbuk-si public housing, Defendant A filed a false report as if he/she was employed as a F employee at the Employment Center of Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, around May 19, 2016, and received KRW 3,907,410 in total four times from around June 27, 2016 to around August 26, 2016 by unlawful means.
2. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant B was employed as a daily employee from March 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016, Defendant B filed a false report as if he/she had worked as a F employee at the Seoul Western Employment Center located in 63-8 as of June 3, 2016, and received payment of KRW 3,907,410 in total four times from June 20, 2016 to September 12, 2016 by unlawful means of unemployment.
3. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant C was employed as a daily worker from around October 2015 to July 2016 at the construction site of Seongbuk-si public housing, Defendant C filed a false report as if he/she was employed as a F employee at the Employment Center of Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, around August 31, 2016, and received a total of six times from around September 22, 2016 to around February 6, 2017, by unlawful means, the amount of unemployment benefits of KRW 6,512,370.
4. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant D was employed as a daily employee from around August 2015 to July 2016 on public housing construction site in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, without having been employed as a daily employee of F, Defendant D filed a false report as if he/she had worked as a F employee at the Employment Center of Seoul East and East Employment Center located in 135, Seoul, as Seoul, around September 21, 2016, and received a total of six times from around October 6, 2016 to February 27, 2017, by unlawful means, for a total of KRW 6,512,360.
