Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall operate any vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
around 06:20 on May 12, 2020, the Defendant operated a car without mandatory insurance from B B B to D office parking lot located in C in Syang city.
2. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles.
around 17:30 on May 12, 2020, the Defendant moved back from the D office parking lot located in Syang-si C, to the direction of entrance from D office direction.
On the other hand, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving a person engaged in driving service, because another vehicle is driving, parking, or stopping.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not go back to the later, and did not go back to the lower court, which led to the Defendant’s failure to stop at the lower vehicle of the victim F(F, South, 33 years old) who was standing in the Defendant’s vehicle, to the lower part of the Defendant’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the victim F and the victim H (ma, 33 years old), and the victim I (ma, 33 years old) who was on board the said rocketing car due to the above occupational negligence, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
