A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On August 14, 2013, a person engaged in driving of a 5-day XG car, driving the said car at around 14:5 of the Act on the Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, driving the said car at around 5-day and the two-lane road in front of the payment tunnel at the southyang-si and Eup at a speed of about 60 km from Seoul to the steering of the 5-day stop. In such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle at a speed of about 60 km from Seoul to the steering of the motor vehicle at a speed of 4-day, such as a 5-day off-road driver's failure to perform the duty of care to prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle at a speed of 9-day off, such as a 5-day off-road driver's license and a 2-day off-day off-road driver's license.

2. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but operated B New franchise which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph 1.
