A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On March 21, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on March 29, 2019.

1. At around 19:00 on March 27, 2019, the Defendant, at the residence of the victim D (a) of the victim C of the building C in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si (a) and around 23 years old, she was raped by inserting the victim’s fluor, i.e., “A. B. B. inside the inside the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the part of the victim” and inserting the victim’s back, she was unable to resist by making it difficult to easily with the victim’s fluor by putting the victim’s fluor, and inserting the victim’s back on the back of the ship, and inserting the victim’s back on the part of the back of the fluor, she was raped by inserting the victim’s fluor by inserting the victim’s fluor and inserting the victim’s fluor.
