A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2019, between 06:00 and 07:00 on the same day, the Defendant entered the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City G hotel with the victim, D, who was introduced from D, who is a fluor in the trade name “C” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E (n, 28 years old), and the victim’s friendship F, who drinks alcoholic beverages together with D, and the victim’s friendship F, went out of the two-lane; and the Defendant got into the said hotel at around 07:00 on the same day.

Around 08:41 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) stated that D and F wishing to drink alcohol as above at the victim’s body at the bar and did not enter the hold; (b) stated, “The victim will come to the house that D and F will come to know;”; (c) the Defendant stated, “I will come to the victim’s body” and collected the victim’s cell phone from the victim’s hand who was intending to break up at the victim’s body while refusing it; and (d) opened the victim’s body above the victim’s body with the victim’s body, “I am off the victim’s face with another hand, and I am off the victim’s face until I am out the victim’s body so that I am out of the toilet,” and “I am out of the toilet, I am off the victim’s body by leaving the victim’s face with the victim’s face covered,” and “I am out of the toilet, I am out the victim’s body.”
