Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the reasoning of the first instance judgment maintained by the lower court in light of the records, it is justifiable to maintain the first instance judgment that found the Defendant not guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
