A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On May 26, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million from the Daejeon District Court to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving), and on December 31, 2014, the same court received a summary order of KRW 3 million due to the same crime.

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

On the grounds of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into consideration all the circumstances, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, etc. in light of the following circumstances:
