1. The Defendant: (a) from September 1, 2013 to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party); and (b) from September 1, 2013 to B, to the Selection Party B.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) served for the Defendant Company from June 10, 2012 to July 10, 2013, but did not receive the total of KRW 55 million of wages and retirement allowances. The Defendant Company promised to pay the said money to the Plaintiff by August 30, 2013.
B. The Selection B worked for the Defendant Company from January 10, 2012 to February 23, 2013, but did not receive a total of KRW 55 million of wages and retirement allowances, and the Defendant Company promised to pay the said money to the Selection B by March 15, 2013.
C. The Selection C worked for the Defendant Company from April 15, 2012 to June 30, 2013, but did not receive a total of KRW 55 million of wages and retirement allowances. The Defendant Company promised to pay the said money to the Selection C by July 30, 2013.
