Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a C adult PC room in Busan Jung-gu.

No person who runs an amusement business affecting the public morals shall allow any person to view or peruse obscene documents, drawings, motion pictures, music records, video products, or other obscene materials at a place where the person runs an amusement business affecting the public morals.

1. On June 19, 2015, at the above adult PC room around 17:20, the Defendant: (a) installed eight computers in the above PC room; (b) stored eight video files with obscene content that male and female sexual intercourse is exposed to sexual organ and sexual intercourse on the above computer hard disc; and (c) received KRW 6,000 per hour from the customer who found the place to view or peruse the above obscene video.

2. On June 22, 2015, at the above adult PC room around 15:30 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant installed eight computers in the above PC room, stored eight video files with obscene content that both men and women are exposed to sexual organ and engage in sexual conduct on the hard disc of the above computer, and received 5,000 won per hour from the customers who found the place and allowed them to view or peruse the above obscene video.
