1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 7% per annum from June 2, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

On June 2, 2009, the Plaintiff lent KRW 150 million to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 7%, and the fact that the Plaintiff accepted KRW 100 million among the above loans at an incorporated foundation’s secondary high school research institute as to the above loans may not be disputed between the parties, or may be recognized by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest in arrears calculated at the rate of 7% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from June 2, 2009 to the date of full payment, which is 50 million won and the interest in arrears, as requested by the plaintiff, from June 2, 2009 to the date of full payment.
