A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year at the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.).

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle of E-to-purd motor vehicle.

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle at a speed from 120 km to 200 km in speed, committed the act of violating the prohibition of career change and the method of overtaking.

In addition, from March 31, 2016 to March 08:00, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, conducted a crupted driving by committing two or more of the acts in the subparagraphs of Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act on a total of 12 occasions in the area, such as Suwon-si, Permitted-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-do Highway, and Seoul Olympic Road, etc.

2.
