The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On January 18, 2016, the summary of the facts charged, the Defendant is a cook, a person using NAV Account “B”, and the Defendant posted the comments posted on the NAV Kakara bulletin board in order for the NAV 102 to sell goods. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant posted the comments posted on the NAV Kana bulletin board, NAV Maber Mana Mana Mana Mana Mana Mana. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant posted the comments above in the above bulletin at the same place. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant posted the comments above in the above bulletin at the above place, and published the comments above in the NAV 21:47, and the Mana 200:21, Jan. 23, 2016, the Defendant published the comments above in the NA 47 public insulting comments.

2. Dismissal of public prosecution;

(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On June 1, 2016, after filing a claim for the instant summary order, a written agreement was submitted that the victim did not want the punishment of the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
