A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2016, around 23:26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim D located in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu; and (b) took part in the office located in the store located in the “E” shop in which the surveillance of the carbr staff was neglected; and (c) thrown away a total amount of KRW 2,41,00 (50,00 won, KRW 13,128, KRW 50,000, KRW 53, KRW 50,000, KRW 53, KRW 1,000, KRW 216,000, KRW 200, KRW 2,411,000, and KRW 50,000, KRW 50, KRW 53,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 216,000.

2. On December 5, 2016, around 05:45, the Defendant attempted to larceny a cash in a night structure by opening a credit cooperative and opening it on several occasions in such a way as to take the loss of a steel safe, which was located adjacent to a book, and scambling down several times, and to take a scambling, but did not commit a theft, as the credit cooperative’s door was not opened.

3. At around 00:30 on December 11, 2016, the Defendant opened a door between “E” building and the lower part of the building, and opened the door door of the warehouse located adjacent to the building, and opened the shock network installed on the window (1.2m in width, 0.8m in length) of the office located inside the store, removed the shock network installed on the window (1.2m in length, 0.8m in length) located adjacent to the building, and intruded into the office through the window that was destroyed, damaged, and not corrected, and then intruded into the front part (18cm in length) of the steel scrap on the book.
