On October 15, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle with alcohol content of 0.204% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license on October 7, 2015, and led the Defendant to drive the above cargo vehicle with alcohol content of 0.204% according to one lane in front of the Southern River, which is the opposite side of the Jinju City, along the opposite apartment protection area from the floak-gu room.
