A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:10 on September 20, 2015, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112 to the effect that “A woman (the Defendant) was written in front of Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and called “A” (the Defendant) to the police box affiliated with F of the police box affiliated with the police box of Macheon-si, Police Station E-Sacheon-si, who called for, “A” would go back along with the above D, and eventually, the Defendant would go back to the E-P box located in Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, along with the above D.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression of police officers' crimes.
