A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on March 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went to the subway powder Seoul Forest Station No. 2, 58, the subway Line, the subway C (39 years of age) located in Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu; (b) cut off the locking device of the Lone Star Electric Bicycle to industrial cutting the locking device of 26S from July 4, 2014 to May 7, 2015; and (c) cut off the victims’ bicycles more than seven times, such as the list of crimes, as shown in the separate list of crimes.

(Statement that the defendant himself has stolen the amount of 150 vehicles: Provided, That there have been no criminal records of the same kind except that the defendant has been suspended from indictment due to larceny in 2013, and there have been no criminal records.
