A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant's supervision of the web drama, victim E (the age of 29) produced by the "D Entertainment" is the author of the above web drama.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by the above method.

2. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant was able to have the victim her married home on October 29, 2014;

Despite the fact, the victim was sent back to the front of his residence in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the defendant was aware that he returned home, and the victim was able to obtain the secret number of the official door and enter the above gate.
