Criminal facts

On January 15, 2009, the Defendant was punished by a fine of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on January 15, 2009 and a fine of 1.5 million won for the same crime at the same court on November 1, 2010.

On June 6, 2013, at around 20:53, the Defendant started driving a 500-meter from the frontway near the main construction distance located in Jinyang-si, Namyang-si, Chungcheongnam-do, to the extent that it is about 0.065% of the blood alcohol concentration, and driven a fwing truck with B in the shape of 0.065% of the blood alcohol concentration.
