1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 62,167,617 won and 48,69,873 won among them from March 9, 2020 to the day of full payment.

The facts stated in the attached Form No. 1 are deemed to have been led to the failure of the defendant to appear on the date of pleading without submitting only the formal reply denying it (Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act), or to have been admitted by considering the whole purport of the pleading as a whole, and there is no counter-proof.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim for payment of the amount stated in Paragraph 1 of this case is with merit.
