The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from December 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking payment of the amount stated in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition by citing it.
