A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an international marriage brokerage office called “C” in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si B.

1. An international marriage broker in violation of the Act on the Management of Marriage Brokerage Business shall translate and provide a user and the other party with a written consent to all of the user and the other party in a language understandable respectively, such as a written confirmation of personal information for international marriage, a marriage-related certificate, a health certificate, and a written inquiry about criminal history;

Nevertheless, on August 2, 2015, the Defendant arranged for the contact without providing D with the personal information letter of Lao E (a marriage relation certificate, a health diagnosis certificate, and a criminal experience certificate) of Lao nationality.

2. When the Defendant altered a public document, altered a private document, or altered a private document, and reported the marriage with D, and the entry of the new E was refused due to his illegal stay history, the Defendant was requested from D’s member F to refund brokerage expenses and provide personal information of the new document.

Accordingly, the Defendant, despite having received documents regarding personal information of the above new father on October 2015, which was issued to Lao and after the marriage ceremony, had been modified as if he had been issued on July 2015, and had been kept in his office on April 17, 2016 for the purpose of all verification of personal information of the new father at the time of the contact.

E’s English marriage-related certificate (ir unmarried certificate) issued date is changed from October 15, 2015 to “ July 15, 2015”; the notarial date is from “ October 2015” to “ July 20, 2015”; the date of confirmation of the name G of the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs is from “ October 21, 2015” to “ October 21, 2015”; the date of confirmation of the name of the Republic of Korea of Lao is changed to “ October 23, 2015”; and the date of confirmation of the Republic of Korea H consul of the Lao Embassy from “ October 23, 2015” to “ July 3, 2015”; and the date of issuance of an unmarried certificate (ir unmarried certificate) issued from the said new Ministry of Foreign Affairs to “ October 15, 2015” to “the date of issuance; and
