Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the Defendant’s residence of 114 Dong-dong 606, Busan Northern District H apartment 114 Dong-dong 606, the Defendant “as to sell I Twitet” to “M” in the Internet NVV and the Korean bulletin board, and the Defendant would transfer Twit ticket after confirming the deposit of 2.80,000 won to the Defendant N who reported and contacted the text.
A false statement was made.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above tweet, and the money received from the victim was thought to be consumed by living expenses, etc., so there was no intention or ability to transfer the tweet to the victim.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 280,000 won as the Busan Bank Account (O) price in the name of the defendant from the victim on the same day.
