Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On March 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court, and was released by the same court on the same day. The above judgment was finalized on June 20, 2014, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on November 16, 2016, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 24, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On December 18, 2015, the special larceny Defendant: (a) went out of the victim E’s residence in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, and 102, and then destroyed two of the crime prevention windows in bean and damaged by hand, and intruded into the embankment through a bend window, and carried out approximately two million cash in the victim’s possession on the wall.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property by destroying a part of the victim's structure at night and impairing the residence.
2. At night, on December 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went out of the residence of the victim G located in the Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City F, and 102, and did not locked by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; (b) opened a beer window and intruded on the inside; and (c) one half of the market price of the victim’s ownership in the bank and one half of the half of the market price of the victim’s ownership in the bank.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.
3. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant, who received a special larceny, was found to have escaped and failed to realize the intent of the Defendant, as it was, while scambling the victim I, located in the residence of the victim H and 102 of the Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, U.S., Sinyang-gu, and the victim I, in his/her hand, destroyed two suicides of the crime prevention window by using his/her hand, and intruded with the inside through the bend window of the benda, and discovered a stolen object.
Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to steals property by destroying a part of the victim's structure at night and impairing the residence.
