Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was in office as the director of the “I” field office performed by H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) from around 2012 to around 2013.
Defendant
B was in office as the Deputy Director of the Office of Official Affairs of the above "I" between around 2012 and around 2013.
Defendant
C had been in office as the president of the “J” site office performed by H from around 2013 to around 2014.
Defendant
D had been in office as the head of the above "JJ" office from around 2013 to around 2014.

E was in office as the Deputy Director of the Office at K’s site, which is performed by H from around 2013 to around 2014.

around 2014, F served as the president of the “L Corporation” site office performed by H. From September 11, 2014, F served as the president of the “K” site office from November 1, 2014 to June 2017.

1. Defendant A, who is in office as the director of the above “I” construction division, had a duty to perform the construction work in accordance with the good faith principle in managing the progress of construction work, such as the inspection of construction work.
On February 28, 2013, the Defendant received a total of KRW 13 million from September 28, 2013, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1) under the same name, from that time, a total of seven times, including the following: (a) the Defendant received an illegal solicitation from the head of the O’s on-site director who had been awarded a subcontract for soil works, etc. during the said construction work, and received a cash receipt of KRW 1 million from that time to September 28, 2013.
As a result, the Defendant acquired property in return for the convenience of executing construction works or evaluating subcontractors.
2. Defendant B, while serving as the Vice Minister of Public Service, was modified following the construction work.
