A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate construction machinery shall obtain a construction machinery operator's license from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

On December 2, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant operated the first 1.25 tons of the vehicle on the road located in Daegu Northern-gu B without obtaining a construction machinery operator's license.
