The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the prosecutor is as follows: (a) the punishment imposed by the court below (eight million won of fine) is too uneasy and unreasonable; (b) however, in full view of the various circumstances, including the fact that the amount of damage caused by the crime is not significant and the victims do not want to be punished by the defendant, the court below's sentence is too uneasy and unreasonable, and thus, the prosecutor's allegation above is without merit.

Accordingly, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
