A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30, the victim C’s “D entertainment tavern” operated by the victim C at a leisure time; and (b) the fact is that the Defendant, even though having no intent or ability to pay the price, ordered the victim to provide alcohol and the alcohol; and (c) the Defendant received from the victim the victim a delivery of an alcoholic beverage amounting to 220,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On September 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Refence, etc.) committed assault against Victim E (Nam and 50 years of age). The victim reported to the police that “the Defendant was faceed by the Defendant” through 112 report immediately. At around 23:39 on February 25, 2020, the Defendant used alcohol in the “G” entertainment tavern located in F in F at the time of drinking, and assaulted the victim by leaving the victim’s memory so reported as above, destroying the victim’s flaps, booming the victim’s face into the floor, cutting the victim’s flaps, drinking the face.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of a criminal investigation team such as criminal complaint or accusation, statement, testimony or submission of data in connection with the investigation or trial of his/her criminal case.

3. On February 25, 2020, the victims E of the special intimidation reported to the police by reporting the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) and 112 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant left the police exit at the above location.
