Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant issued an order for alcoholic beverage and alcoholic beverage at the “E” singing shop operated by the victim D, in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as if he were to pay the price. The Defendant received from the victim the delivery of alcoholic beverage and alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 380,000 at the market price at that place.
2. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant ordered the foregoing musical and musical instruments at the instant singing shop as if he would pay the price. The Defendant received from the victim alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 570,000 at the market price in that place.
3. Around January 15, 2013, the Defendant ordered beer’s 20th and 20th and 10th and 20th and 20th and 20th to pay the price. The Defendant received from the victim an alcoholic beverage and 425,000 won at the same place.

On March 14, 2013, the Defendant ordered to be placed at the instant singing shop ten to be placed with an order of beer and to be placed at the same time as if he would pay the price, and the Defendant received from the victim the delivery of alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 105,00 in the market value at that place.
However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he received the foregoing alcoholic beverage and the alcoholic beverage as above.
As a result, the defendant deceivings the victim, and received from the victim the total amount of KRW 1,975,00 in the market price over five times.
