A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, a victim of occupational embezzlement, has been engaged in the receipt and disbursement of money, such as employment examination fees, at the above Association Branch from January 15, 201 to February 15, 2013, from February 16, 2013, to May 31, 2013, respectively.

On March 31, 201, the Defendant released KRW 3,00,000 from the Korean bank account (Account Number E) in the name of the victim at the Busan Branch office of the victim located in Geum-gu Busan District Office, Busan, and concealed the embezzlement of KRW 1,020,80 by means of making false accounting slips as if the Defendant transferred KRW 4,020,80 to F and paid KRW 4,000 to F, and then embezzled KRW 3,00,000 from Busan and Suwonwon for entertainment expenses, living expenses, etc.

In addition, from that to May 30, 2013, the Defendant embezzled the sum total of KRW 64,86,000, which was kept on duty for the victim, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant entering a structure with a view to making a false accounting sign in order to conceal the fact that 24,00,000 won was voluntarily withdrawn from the victim’s account and used from the victim’s account, as shown in No. 8 of the List of Crimes, after the Defendant retired from the victim’s corporation on May 31, 2013. On June 2, 2013, the Defendant opened an electronic door installed at the victim’s Southernsan Center located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and intruded the victim’s structure.

3. In order to conceal the embezzlement as set forth in No. 8 of the table of annexed crimes, the Defendant has been employed in advance using a computer to manipulate the table of accounts of the C Association with the aim of concealing the embezzlement at the office of the C Association, the Association, the Namsan Center, the incorporated association, and at the time and time set forth in the above paragraph (2).
