A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 10, 2017 to August 3, 2017, the Defendant established 8 rooms, shower rooms, etc. in D, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment, and received 80,000 to 120,000 won from customers while receiving payment from customers, and made foreign women of the nationality of Thailand, such as E, to know customers and to have sexual intercourse with customers.
