Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 5,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment, i.e., “C,” in Seoul Jung-gu B and 1 underground level.

On October 12, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 40,00 from D at the above sexual traffic business establishment around 22:30 on October 12, 2015, and arranged for similar sex intercourse with E, a female of the said business establishment, as seen above, from May 15, 2015 to October 12, 2015.
