【Criminal Facts】

On August 20, 2014, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a Crodox car with a blood alcohol content of 0.194%, and continued to drive the Crodice car along the four-lane road in front of the “E” located in Yansan-gu, Jeonju-gu, Seoul, along with one-lane from the parallel of peace to the Western-dong.

At the time, a vehicle stops in order to ensure signal atmosphere at the front direction of the defendant, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to take care of the front direction and left left and right right, and to prevent the accident in advance by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes.

The Defendant received the front portion of the M5 car driven by the victim(the age of 36) beyond the opposite direction to the left side.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the victim FF, the victim N (the age of 24), the victim H, the victim H, the victim P (the age of 22), the victim P, the victim L (the age of 22), and the victim J.
